The Glasgow Quays run is a free event for people of all abilities who wish to get active again, improve their fitness or add another challenge to their fitness routine.
The initiative is managed and facilitated by volunteers who provide stewarding for the route as well as encouragement to all participants.
The run starts at 6:30pm every Wednesday next to the Squiggly Bridge from the Broomielaw.
Runners have the option of a 2k or a 5k. With the route taking you between the Squiggly & Squinty Bridges.

The Quays run is funded by the City Centre Strategy (GCC) in partnership with Glasgow Life to encourage residents to consider and participate in regular exercise as well as increasing footfall along the Riverfront to assist in the promotion of what is an iconic location.
